This service is a compliance solution designed to minimise risk from drivers who use their own vehicle for business purposes, employees who receive cash in lieu of a company vehicle and other drivers who are authorised to drive company vehicles such as family members.

The standard service includes checks on driving licences, vehicle MOT, road tax and insurance cover for business purposes.

Our unique approach:

• All aspects of the service are processed and available through “My Driving Passport” App
• Automatic and instant alerts are generated when non-compliance is identified
• Low-level non-compliance can be rectified through direct contact with the grey fleet driver
• The data is proactively sought from drivers using pre-agreed scripts and an escalation process
• Additional compliance tests can be added to the standard service such as online assessments and e-module training sessions
• Additional checks can be performed, for example Co2, NCAP, mileage, vehicle age, etc.
