Transforming Driver Safety

Introduction

DriverSure is an RVM product name that refers to our consolidated fleet risk solution.  It aims to answer the key questions asked by Fleet Insurers and Policyholders:

  • Which of the many types of risk management supplier to the fleet market should you buy?
  • How can you get the fullest picture of risk for individual drivers?
  • How do you consolidate and use all the data that’s available most effectively?
  • What would be the most appropriate remedy for a particular risk type?
  • How can you confirm whether the investment in reducing fleet risk has been worthwhile?

The market for fleet risk services has become very diverse. For example, accident management, telematics, licence checking and online training are all available from separate specialist providers.  Indeed, the copious amounts of risk data they generate are also held on separate servers visible through separate online portals.

Ironically, despite the increase in sophisticated technology, service fragmentation is one of the main reasons that risk is rarely reduced because fleets react too slowly to the wrong signals and using incomplete intelligence.

DriverSure tackles all these issues by collating all risk data into one system, testing it for compliance, intervening with drivers and agreeing a plan to increase safety at the wheel.  All this is delivered via an App for the fleet and another for drivers.
