We bring multiple risk services together into one Driver Safety Record created by one dedicated team. We input (via various methods) all risk results into that record despite the variation in source so that every risk event is accurately allocated against each enrolled driver.
The main benefit of consolidating risk data is that our prescribed remedies result in more effective risk reduction because they are drawn from a more accurate and comprehensive diagnosis.
Very often a lack of concentration at the wheel can be due to worries and stress as opposed to poor driving skill. We offer specific coaching to help drivers deal with the rigours of daily life when it becomes clear that loss of concentration represents a real driving risk.
The Driver Sure system instantly spots all non-standard new risk data by reference to the client’s own ‘Risk Register’, which details all risk thresholds agreed at implementation. This covers all risk types and risk events and represents the initial machine-based filter of non-standard risks. The second filter is a human review to sense check the alerts produced by the system.
We know that driving-safety is about drivers as well as the organisations they work within. In response, Driver Sure has created its own Driving-safety Culture Assessment tool called the Rose Index (after its founder), which aims to measure annually the level of safety culture within an organisation on the basis that safety culture is a primary influencer of fleet risk. This new kind of assessment is designed to highlight areas for improvement, which when implemented, will create downwards pressure on risk at the organisational level.
This new and exciting App, allows a Driver to see every aspect of his/her Risk program including an overall risk profile, assessment results, telematics alerts, training done and any pending tasks.
Additionally, the driver can communicate directly with the nominated Personal Risk Coach, refer to key documents, report a claim (and send photos/videos taken from the scene) and many other important functions associated with driving safely.
The concept behind this extension to DriverSure is to share Fleet Risk between Driver Sure and our Clients. Put simply, if we don’t achieve the expected outcomes, we reduce our charges. Such is our confidence in creating success for our Fleet Clients.
In practice, this means we issue a credit against our risk program invoice every time our client suffers a blameworthy accident under the program. So, conceivably, our risk program invoice could be substantially reduced.
The scheme integrates accident with risk management by linking the effectiveness of risk reduction with the cost of risk reduction. In so doing, it results in a simple, comprehensive single-supplier solution that encompasses all elements of risk management (including a claims service).
