Fleet Risk Status…at a glance

Using Smart Data

This is the principal report, which always presents the latest position as at the time it is requested.

It brings together all non-standard results from all gathered risk-service data in real-time. That is to say, all data items received that exceed maximum risk thresholds contained within the embedded Risk Matrix.

Every event is analysed to reveal its risk level (normal, raised or extraordinary) by reference to a series of measures. For example, an event, such as an accident, may involve 10 different measures such as severity, cost, liability, reporting delay, injuries etc.

The discovered risk for each risk-service type (e.g. claims, licence checking, online assessments, telematics etc.) is then considered before calculating an Overall Risk Rating for every driver. Those with extraordinary risk ratings appear first.

Summary

Our latest risk reporting App answers all the tricky questions:

  • Which drivers do we need to worry about?
  • How serious is the level of overall risk?
  • Why have we identified these drivers as high risk?

By clicking on a driver name, a Manager can drill down to see:

  • A more detailed background report by driver
  • A history of risk events for that driver
  • Recommended ‘next step’ action

Fleets that choose the Managed Fleet Risk solution from Driversure gain automatic access to the Reporting Dashboard, which means Fleets have just one risk portal as opposed to several:
